We are pleased to provide a return policy from the point of receipt. To utilize this policy, please send an email to info@natjonessupplies.ca. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping expenses for returns made within 14 days. As long as the item is utilized, a full credit will be given.
Returned goods should be packed in their original container or cartons, along with any instructions or other materials. Pay the shipping costs in advance and wrap the product to prevent damage.
Unless Nat Jones Supplies authorizes a different carrier, send your delivery via regular Parcel Post. Please include a brief letter explaining the reason for the return and indicating whether you would want an exchange or a refund. A copy of your invoice should be included.
NOTE: The following items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to concerns for our customers’ health and safety:
