We may use a number of couriers to ship your order, depending on the contents and your shipping destination.
These include:

- UPS Courier
NO Hazardous Material Fees on Powder or Primers. We take care of that.
An item or goods you ordered might not be available immediately due to events outside of my control, such as supplier or customs delays. If there are any backorders, you will be informed.You have two options: either hold your order until all items arrive, or have your partial purchase shipped right away and the backorders shipped later for an extra shipping charge.
Deliveries are made during regular business hours Monday – Friday. Unfortunately, requests for delivery at a certain time cannot be honoured – Couriers work designated routes and cannot change the times they deliver to a certain area.
For web orders, our Couriers will email you with delivery status and tracking information. For other types of orders please ask to have your e-mail address included.
We ship orders in plain brown corrugated cardboard boxes with no external marks concerning contents.
No Signature Required Shipments:
Sorry, we can’t offer “No Signature Required” on shipments anymore. You must have an address where someone can receive your Order & Sign for it.
All Canada Post shipments are sent with “Signature Required” due to an alarming rate of package thefts that occur with packages that are left on doorsteps.
If you fail to sign for your delivery, the package will be delivered to the closest terminal for five days. It will be returned to Budget Shooter Supply after five days. After that, you might choose to pay for a redelivery.Please provide an address where someone can collect the delivery as I am unable to reimburse expenses for missed deliveries (I can also deliver to commercial locations).
The above rules do not apply to Canada Post deliveries. If you are not home to accept a Canada Post delivery, then your parcel will be sent to the nearest Postal Outlet & held there for Pick Up.
Insurance
- All Couriers do only cover up to $100 on claim for shipments without insurance
- Canada Post charges $2.83 per $100 declare value after tax with the first $100 declare value free of charge
- Budget Shooter Supply is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments during Transit with a carrier.
- We will do our best to work with you & the carrier on a damaged or lost shipment. Without Insurance the damaged or lost shipment is only covered for a maximum of $100.00
